We are a local community Needlecraft group. run on a “not for profit” basis.
Our Group was started back in 2016, by a new Mum who had just moved to Aylesbury, with the aim of meeting local people who stitched… they originally met in someone’s home and with more members graduated to Tesco’s “community room”….. we have grown a bit since those days!
We now have 3 meetings every week, in 3 different venues within Aylesbury
Sewing both with Machines and by hand, we Knit, Crochet, Cross-stitch, Embroider – in fact anything [craft related] that’s Legal with a Needle!… except Tattooing!
We make things for ourselves but also have Charity Projects to benefit the local area. There is a Facebook page to support our members.
We know it’s sometimes hard to join an established group – Bring a Friend – or Contact us & we will meet you outside.
There is no “joining fee” – just a small charge of £2 per person, per meeting that you attend which includes a ‘brew’.
We also hold a monthly Retreat – on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
This is a great chance to get together for a relaxing day, with little or no distraction but plenty of fun and chat …. & did we mention Cake?
